Great location for exploring the historic plaza. The rooms had a nice vibe and beautiful views. And can we talk about those plush pillows? They were like fluffy clouds! ☁️

I had a good stay in the old town. The room was clean and conveniently located on the lower floors. The location was perfect, with easy access to buses, coaches, dining options, stores. A cool bonus was the nearby Valinor, which offered tea and coffee.

It has pleasant, really good staff.

Beautiful bathroom. Views of the valley. Had the best night sleep. Hairdryers, shower caps, and towels were a plus. The location of the hotel was marvelous and stunning, walking distance from Seminario de Toledo. Actually, everything was good, my next choice again in Toledo

This hotel is a real gem. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, just outside the city wall and a short walk to the historic center. The rooms were charming and had a lovely middle age touch. Despite overlooking the main road, the rooms were incredibly soundproofed. The breakfast included in the rate was a nice bonus, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes.

No complaints here, everything was just perfect.

I liked everything, the hotel staff was super nice, they had the detail to assign us a room with 2 double beds in which the 2nd was on the top floor which is accessed by interior stairs (which our teenager loved because it allowed him to have his space). Modern decoration with antique style elements. Independent air conditioning (you can regulate it to your liking). The breakfast buffet is very complete, varied and of good quality. The parking lot is close to the hotel at about 500m with wide spaces and easy access. I recommend this hotel because of its location, in the heart of the historical centre of Toledo and because of its value for money, which is better than what you would expect from a 3-star hotel.

As a point of improvement I suggest placing some shelves inside the closet to be able to place folded clothes (it only contained a bar with hangers).

Overall the room is romantic, stylish and includes a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a work desk.

We definitely want to stay in that area again, thoroughly enjoyed its absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location. Thank you very much for a lovely stay at old town. The staff is knowledgeable and easy going.

The room was beautiful and particularly good. The hotel was close enough to all important sites. A nearby restaurant and all the major attractions were easily accessible. A short walk to the central plaza added convenience.

I'm happy that I could easily get a Wheelchair Accessible room with an extra bed, even when the temperature went over 40 degrees; the service provided is outstanding, and they offer affordable parking options.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city center, with just a 5-minute walk to all the main attractions. The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Despite some of the older aspects of the rooms, the attention to detail in finishing them was evident, with plenty of shelf space and hangers for convenience.

The bathroom layout could be improved to provide more headspace.
